Challenge

Each thought needed an image that could carry its emotional meaning without becoming literal or visually heavy. The complete set also had to feel unified despite moving between humour, mortality, change and inner calm.

Approach

I used delicate hand-drawn lines, generous white space and selective colour to give every reflection room to breathe. Small characters and familiar objects translate abstract ideas into approachable scenes while a consistent visual rhythm holds the series together.

Outcome

Six quiet editorial illustrations that invite pause and reflection, balancing philosophical depth with warmth, clarity and a light human touch.
